Pastor Dianna Thomas-Scarlet is the co-founder and pastor of Well of Living Water Ministries of Belleville, IL.   She is a native of Arkansas and attended a Pentecostal/Apostolic church there in her youth.  She received Jesus as her Lord and Savior at age 15 and received the Baptist of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues while being raised up out of the water during her immersion baptism.  At age 18, she moved to St. Louis.  Knowing that God had called her to ministry, she enrolled in and completed the student ministry program at New Creation Christian Fellowship Church.  She was soon blessed by meeting Deb Scarlet in 1991 and the two were married in 1994.

Alongside Rev. Vivian Gordon, Dianna and Deb began holding Bible studies at their kitchen table in 2001.  Soon, the assembly outgrew the kitchen and moved to the basement of the Thomas-Scarlet home.  By 2002, growth demanded another move – this time to a storefront in Belleville, IL, which became the home and official beginning of Well of Living Water Ministries.  That same year co-founder Rev. Vivian Gordon ordained Dianna into ministry and into the office of Pastor.  The body of believers “at the Well” continued to grow and moved into a larger building in 2008 where the Lord continues to prosper them.

Pastor Dianna is passionate about the Word of God, and it shows in her enthusiasm every time she graces the pulpit.  Her down-to-earth approach, coupled with her zeal for southern-gospel music and singing, give her ministry a distinctive flare.  She regards being called to the office of Pastor one of the greatest privileges God has ever afforded her and serves her local church body with immense humility and a love-walk that is evident.  She believes that God has a call and divine purpose for every individual’s life and is eager to help her sheep grow in and fulfill their callings.  Her foundational Scripture is Jeremiah 1:5:  “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”  (KJV)  The body of Christ at large is blessed to have the gift  (Ephesians 4:8-13) of Pastor Dianna Thomas-Scarlet serving in her God-ordained ministry.
